Free From Garlic Knots

Glutenfree garlic knots that happen to be eggfree, dairyfree, soya free, nutfree and vegan.
Ingredients
200 grams GF flour (Caputo)
20 grams chickpea flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoon fast acting yeast
150 grams warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Topping
35 grams melted dairy free butter
1/4 teaspoon salt or adjust
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients well.
2. Make a well in the middle then pour the warm water and oil in.
3. Using a spatula fold all the ingredients until they start to come together.
4. Knead the dough using your hands or transfer to a stand mixer with a dough hook and knead for 5 minutes.
5. Form into a ball and place back into the bowl. Cover this with a tea towel and prove for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Deflate the dough with fingers and transfer to a floured surface.
7. Form the dough into a log and divide into 8-9 equal parts.
8. Form each piece into a knot.
9. Brush the knots with topping. Set aside the rest for later.
10. Let the bread rest and rise again. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. If you have a stone preheat it as well, use it to make the bottoms bake faster.
11. Bake the garlic knots for 15-20 minutes or until golden broken. Checking at the 10 minute mark.
12. Bring out the tray. Brush the breads again with the prepared topping.
13. Serve warm. Enjoy!
