A delicious and healthy frozen yoghurt treat, that is dairy free and easy to prepare
500g plain soya or coconut dairy free yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
200 gr frozen berries (keep 1/4 for the topping)
5 fresh strawberries, chopped
Remainder of frozen fruit
1 tsp desiccated coconut
Mix the yogurt, lime juice and honey together until well combined. Add the frizen fruit and stir again.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and pour the yogurt mixture on top.
Spread it depending on how thick or thin you want your bark to be, approx 1/2-1 inch thick
Sprinkle the strawberries, remainder frozen fruit and desiccated coconut on top, cover with film and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until it is completely frozen. #dairyfree #frozenyoghurt #dessert #refreshing #berries #summer
