Cow's milk protein allergy. Should we test for it?

Cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA) is the most common food allergy in the world. In children with non-IgE mediated cow’s milk protein allergy, skin prick tests are often used to diagnose, despite the child showing clear symptoms. Skin prick tests do not provide reliable results on a non-IgE mediated allergy to cow’s milk (or other foods). In this video, Nishti explains why.
