Allergy Friendly & Vegan Triple Chocolate Easter Bunny Brownies recipe

Creative Nature have created a few chocolate treats for Easter and this brownie recipe certainly hits the sweet spot. You will need • 1 Creative Nature Brownie mix • 1 pack mini chocolate eggs • 1 pack Creative Nature Gnawbles • 1 pack Creative Nature Protein Gnawbles • Chocolate Easter Bunnies • 50g White Chocolate • 3tbsp milled flaxseed • 9tbsp water • 125g dairy free spread How do you make these Easter Bunny Brownies? Here's the instructions below: In a bowl, mix the flaxseed and water, then leave to stand for about 10 mins, until gloopy. Preheat oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Add all ingredients, along with the contents of the pack, into a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start slowly so the powder doesn’t go everywhere!). Add a splash of water if mixture is a bit dry. Now add ½ your Gnawbles and chocolate eggs to the mix and carefully spoon the mixture into a 20cm x 20cm baking tin, without eating too much raw mixture from the bowl. Bake between 20-25 mins, depending on how squidgy you want them. Remove from the oven and while still hot, place your remaining Gnawbles and eggs into the top of the brownie. While cooling, heat your white chocolate over hot water and drizzle over the brownies. Lastly, place your Easter bunnies on top!
